Meet the Board

Allison McQuillian
Chief Executive Officer
The Streamliners
Early in my career, I expressed to my superiors at the time my desire to make my role obsolete. While my intention was rooted in the pursuit of efficiency and progress, it was met with skepticism and reprimand. However, I internalized this aspiration and continued to approach my work with a mindset focused on transformative change.
Throughout my 25-year professional journey, I’ve earned a reputation as an innovator in organizational improvement. I excel in environments requiring strategic transformation, implementing necessary changes before transitioning leadership to those who can maintain and optimize operations.
Alongside my professional endeavors, I have more practical pursuits. Even though I earned degrees in theoretical math and business administration, I enjoy outdoor activities like skiing, snowboarding, and scuba diving, and I’m continuing to develop practical skills to maintain my historic home. I’ve developed an appreciation for fine spirits and enjoy motorcycle rides. Whether I’m exploring new hobbies or relaxing at home with my dog, I’m always eager for the next adventure.
