The Executive Steering Committee (ESC) of WoMAN is a group of high-level advisors who curate and govern the content and provide direction for the organization via our INFORM, CONNECT and SERVE events.  The ESC consists of representatives pulling from all of the categories within the membership base- allowing each category to have a voice and impact on the event programming.

Diana Wall
Managing Member
Buckeye Domer Properties, LLC

Diana Wall is a seasoned franchise industry executive with operations, sales, mergers and acquisitions expertise.  She has extensive experience driving growth for industry-leading organizations, including start-ups and non-profits. Ms. Wall has worked for top brands including Coldwell Banker and RE/MAX. During her 21 years with RE/MAX she was an international award-winning franchise sales consultant, ultimately promoted to oversee the franchise sales division, reporting directly to the Founder. On the operations side, she was VP of the Southwest and Michigan Regions, driving agent growth, retention, and key renewals. During a brief hiatus in health care, Ms. Wall ran the business development team for the world’s largest air medical company. Joining ERA in 2018, she led the franchise sales team as SVP of Strategic Growth across the United States. Ms. Wall was recently named a RIS Media 2023 National Newsmaker. Currently, she is a real estate investor and land developer.

Ms. Wall graduated from The Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Science degree and graduated Cum Laude from the University of Notre Dame with a Master’s in Business Administration.

Ms. Wall has been a Board member of Volunteers of America for 7 years, currently serving on the Audit and Finance Committee. She served as an Executive in Residence at the University of Denver and was on the Executive Advisory Board for the Daniels College of Business, University of Denver. She has worked with numerous boards over the years, both as a member, presenter and collaborator.

Emily Boecking
Director Asset Development and Reservoir Engineering

Emily Boecking is the Director of Business Development and Asset Execution at Anschutz Exploration Corporation.  She is responsible for driving the strategy and development of the company’s oil & gas assets as well as evaluating strategic A&D opportunities.  Emily has over 15 years experience in the oil & gas space comprised of reservoir and economic evaluations, strategic planning, asset management, and A&D advisory on over $4B of divestitures.  She is a graduate from Duke University with a bachelors in mechanical and biomedical engineering.  Emily’s core strengths are business acumen and leadership, and she exudes passion and inspiration in her work. 

Karla Kimrey
Vice President, Investor Relations & Communications

Karla Kimrey is the Vice President of Investor Relations and Communications at Peabody Energy. She is an accomplished professional with over 25 years of experience in the finance and communications industries. Her background includes extensive investor relations experience, with in-depth knowledge of institutional investors, traders, public companies and financial markets. In 2015, Institutional Investor Magazine recognized her as one of the best IR professionals in North America.

Ms. Kimrey has worked across a wide range of industries – from computer software and hardware to mining, distribution and energy. She has extensive experience with the capital markets, including initial public and secondary offerings, debt transactions, and mergers and acquisitions. She has in-depth financial acumen and significant experience counseling C-suite executives. Throughout her career, Ms. Kimrey has developed and instituted proactive communication programs with the investment community – resulting in establishing and re-establishing corporate and executive management credibility.

Prior to Peabody, Ms. Kimrey was Managing Director at Lincoln Churchill Advisors and was Vice President, Investor Relations at Cloud Peak Energy, United Agri Products, and StorageTek.

Ms. Kimrey received her Investor Relations Certification (IRC) from the National Investor Relations Institute (NIRI) in June, 2016.  She currently serves on the Senior Roundtable, and she is a past President of the NIRI Rocky Mountain Chapter.  She received her Bachelor of Science in Finance degree from the University of Colorado.

Jen Thompson

Jen Thompson is an experienced Principal Consultant and Advisor focused on post-merger integration and IMO leadership, complex project portfolio leadership, and enterprise-wide technology transformations. Jen leads organizations to develop and execute robust post-merger integration plans with a focus on technology rationalization, talent retention, asset transition, and culture assimilation. She provides clients with structured approaches to assess the current state maturity and optimize post-merger integration/project portfolio/strategy/change/transformation (XMO) management offices, provides XMO leadership advisory services, and sources and manages talent for complex project portfolio execution. Jen works with clients on value-creation initiatives, including process and cost optimization, organizational change management, and strategy execution. Jen has previously held positions in regulatory affairs, manufacturing operations management, and head of the PMO in the healthcare and medical device industries.

Jen is also President of Women of Mergers & Acquisitions Network (WoMAN), a membership-based organization with the mission to enrich the lives of women in M&A through three pillars of INFORM, CONNECT, and SERVE. WoMAN hosts monthly events, facilitates small cohorts, and provides a platform for members to connect. Jen is Logistics Lead for the PMI Mile Hi Women in Project Management Leadership Conference and is a former Board Director for the Association of Change Management Professionals.

Morgan Endicott
Business Development Executive

Morgan Endicott is originally from Indiana, graduated from Ball State University with a bachelor’s in business management. Previously, she worked in Telecommunications where she gained her extensive sales and leadership drive. Currently she is with NOW CFO, and accounting firm, leading business development. She creates partnerships for the firm and loves to be a resource to businesses in supporting their accounting needs. She exudes leadership, relationship building, hard work, compassion, and integrity in everything she does.

Tracie Kelly
Director of Marketing
Excellere Partners

 

Tracie brings over 19 years of private equity marketing, communications, and origination experience as the Director of Marketing; Tracie leads the day-to-day execution of Excellere’s marketing and communications strategies and overall brand strategy. These initiatives include balancing creativity with analytical skills while supporting the firm’s origination efforts and investment opportunities. Tracie works closely with entrepreneurs, investment banking professionals, investors, and other stakeholders to further strengthen and differentiate the firm’s presence in the market. Prior to joining Excellere, Tracie was the Marketing Manager for KRG Capital, LLC. At this middle-market private equity firm, she led the firm’s marketing department through four of their five funds.

Tracie is a wife, mother of 2 teenagers, wannabe writer, and photographer, lover of books and bareboat sailing, and fanatic over classic 1975 Ford Bronco convertibles, she spends most of her free time driving kids to sporting practices and events and cheering them on.
